This is what I’ve made using this lovely collection – I hope it inspires you to get crafting with it as soon as you collect all the parts.
  • I made a little collection of a card, an A4 poster, and a framed picture.
  • I started by using My Craft Studio Elite and taking in an assortment of the items from the “Sugared Brights” collection.  Keeping to the same basic layout I created the A4 poster layout, a topper of around 7″ square for the 8″ square card front, and a square of around 6″ square to put inside the frame.  I also did lots of copies of the sunflower at different sizes.
  • I printed out all the items and cut out where needed.
  • For the poster I used clear Spectrum Noir Sparkle pen and went over the letters, sunflower centre and green ribbon strip across the bottom.  The sparkle doesn’t show clearly in the photos but here’s a closeup of a part that does show it a bit of something.SetOfMakes12
  • For the card I simply used a glue runner pen to attach the card front and then use a Tonic Funky Glue pen to attach the sunflowers.
  • For the framed piece I used a Hunkydory square frame.  I use the same Tonic glue to attach the panel inside the back before folding in the sides and then attaching the foiled square frame layer on top to hold everything in place.  I then attached sunflowers to both the bottom left of the inside picture as well as the top right and bottom left of frame.  The letters of this have also had the clear Spectrum Noir Sparkle pen coloured over them.
This is the word you need to collect from this blog – “Downloads”
And – this is the link – to download the part of the collection that I’ve got to give away.
(I’m sorry, but the link is no longer working as the blog hop has ended, nowever you can still get hold of the lovely Sugared Brights collection in the Dragons Lair Designs online store – Here!)
Now off you go to the next location in the list – Pippa – to see what is available there for you to collect.
Thank you for joining us for this Blog Hop today. It will finish at 8.00pm on Tuesday, 17th, May.
Have fun collecting and crafting,
