Strawberries Digital Scrapbook Page

Thank you for clicking over to have a look at my blog
Digital Scrapbook Page

If you’ve followed my blog post for any length of time you will have realised that gardening is one of my other hobbies in addition to crafting. Because of my disabling conditions the vast majority of my gardening is done in a variety of containers while I’m sitting down.

My tower of strawberry plants looked rather dismal last month, before I cut off all the dead or old leaves, fed the tower with liquid fertiliser, and put a net onto the frame around it to give it some protection.

By May the plants are in bloom and look as if I may get a bumper crop.

This month, on the Dragons Lair Designs Blog there is a challenge to creat something using one kit – Citrus Celebrations.

To take part in the challenge you need to go to the DLD Etsy store and buy the Cirtus Celebrations mini kit.

Then collect the 2 parts of the free download from the blog.

Then have fun makeing something using items from the digital downloads.  Full instructions are on the blog.

I decided to make a digital scrapbook layout showing my strawberry tower before I worked on it, and how it looks now with flowers all over it.

This is what I came up with.

Hopefully, before the end of next month, I’ll have red strawberries to photograph and eat. Then I can create another scrapbook layout to show you.

Genuine comments will go live when I’ve checked through the list – usually a couple of times a day.) (Thank you to every body who’s left comments on my previous blog posts. I really do appreciate them all.)
