A Small Pack Of Christmas Cards
-oOo-
For the cards I’m going to show you today I used different images from from a Creative World of Crafts Popper Pad, that was in my box of things to make Christmas cards in the garage so not this year’s purchase, to make two packs of 5 cards. There is little difference between the content of both packs but I’ll show you photos of all 10.
I started by matting and layering each image onto a piece of black cardstock.
While cutting out the black mats I also cut out one piece around an 1″ bigger.
I then took a pack of pre-scored, scalloped, white, 6″ square base cards and used the larger piece as a template to draw around with a fine liner black pen onto the front of each base card, leaving a space to put on a peeloff aling the bottom. I used black peeloff tyat say “Nadolig Llawen” greetings (Welsh for Happy Christmas) on the cards.
I then used used double sided tape to attach my matted images to the card fronts.
An insert with “Nadolig Llawen a Blwyddyn Newydd Dda” (Welsh equivelent for Happy Christmas and a Good New Year) was stuck to the inside of each card.
This is what I finished up with.
The cards in pack 1
The cards in the 2nd pack (most were made using the same image toppers as there are several of each image in the popper pad – which means I have enough to make more little packs of cards like these.).
.
So, that’s it for today – another couple of small packs of cards that are small and flat enough to go through tge UK post using a standard letter stamp, which is important to some who buy a few cards from me..
.
I’ll have some more Christmas card posts to come over the next few weeks, so please do pop back to have a look.

(Thank you for reading this blog post. I hope you like what you’ve seen and read – You should find a box below where you can leave a comment if you feel like it – but due to the fact that, like many I’m sure, I’ve had some problems with Spam/advertising posts that are absolutely nothing to do with the content of my blog, I now moderate all comments before they go live. Genuine comments will go live when I’ve checked through the list – usually a couple of times a day.) (Thank you to every body who’s left comments on my previous blog posts. I really do appreciate them all.)
If you can’t see the comment box then there should be a link that says “Responses” and clicking on that will bring up the box
