Cards As Gifts – J

Hi and welcome to my blog
(or welcome back if you’ve visited before).
Thank you for coming over to have a look at my blog

Cards As Gifts – 10th Batch

This batch is larger than my previous batches of half a dozen cards I showed you from this series that I made to give in small packs to friends and family. If you haven’t seen the first post explaining what I’ve been up to then you can see it – here .

You can see previous posts in this series of Cards As Gifts by following these links – 1st Batch; 2nd Batch; 3rd Batch; 4th Batch; 5th Batch; 6th Batch; 7th Batch; 8th Batch; 9th Batch.

10 packs have gone out, one having a few more cards in it.  I should say that they haven’t gone out in packs as per the batches I’ve been showing here – I actually photographed them as I was going along, I then put all the cards in envelopes and separated them out into bundles at random, so I have no idea which cards went to which people – other than the two A4 sized ones which went in the larger batch of eleven cards.

What I Did

Have a look at my previous post – here – if you’ve not already read about what I did to create the cards.

These are not in batches as they were sent out, just as they were made and photographed.

All 10 packs have now been received by the randomly chosen recipients from our Christmas card list.

So that’s the end of these series of posts showing all the cards I made to give away to friends and family.  As I showed at the start of the month I have used items from the collection to decorate the May page of my mother’s calendar, but there are still a lot of elements left from the collection that I haven’t used, so I expect you’ll be seeing more of them used over the next year or so.  In the meantime, I’m working on a few other things that will be appearing on my blog before long.
