2 Birthday Cards

Thank you for coming over to have a look at my blog

Birthday Cards For One Of My Nephews

In my first post of this month I mentioned that several family members have their birthdays in February so I’d have to make a card each from Mam and myself for each of them.

None of them like fussy or fancy, so I’ve kept the cards I’ve made already quite simple, concentrating on rural to suit the recipients.

What I Did

I selected two toppers with a rural/farming theme that I thought my nephew would like.

For the first card I stuck the topper to the mat using fingerlift tape, and then the matted topper to the base card using 2mm deep foam tape.

For the second card I stuck the topper to the mat using 2mm deep foam tape, and then the matted topper to the bae card using fingerlift tape.

I used some peeloffs to decorate the cards and then used a letter stamp set to make up the words Penblwydd Hapus and stamped the greeting on both cards in silver ink.

I also put a greeting on an insert and stuck the insert inside the card.
