Thank you for coming over to have a look at my blog
Playing Around With Inks – Part 2
Hi and welcome to my blog (or welcome back if you’ve visited before).
Towards the end of February I showed you what I made when I had a few days of playing around with inks, stencils and stamps, and a few other crafting bits. As I’d done so much filming both playing and then makeing a couple of things with what I’d inked, I had to much to show you in one video, so I separated the footage into playing footage and two separate makeing footage.
And then realised that I had too much playing with inks footage to make a tidy length video and therefore split the clips into two parts. The first part, showing more landscape style backgrounds, I showed you Here! (English) and Yma! (Welsh).
Today I have a shorter video of me makeing totally different look backgrounds.
You can see the English Video – Here!
Gallwch weld y Fideo Cymraeg – Yma!
These are what I used in my play session:
- Dreamees Sparkle Reinkers
- Ink Blending Tool
- 300gsm Super Smooth white cardstock – cut to different sizes.
- Inking Blending Mat
- Art-C – Groove Tool (Battery Opperated Blending tool) – I believe this may have been discontinued.
These are what I finished off with:
A small 4″ square piece –
Two A6 pieces –
An A5 piece to be used as a mat, and therefore doesn’t need to be covered to the middle –
I’ve already got footage of me makeing a card using two of these backgrounds. Please keep an eye out for the video in a few days once I complete the editing.
