A Couple Of Very Bright Scarves
In my post of the 12th – here – amongst my assortment of projects on the go, I showed you a bit of a “bright with fluffy bits” scarf I was working on.
I have now finished the scarf. In fact I have finished two. Both using the same yarn and about the same length, but one being wider than the other.
I used Bernat Zapp yarn, 3 balls of each of Out of the Blue, Banana-rama, Grass is Greener and What’s the Teal?
So, that’s 12 balls of yarn between both scarves.
I crocheted them using the treble stitch, moving the “pompoms” to one side when I came to them.
This is a closeup of what the stitches look like.
This is what the scarves looked like after finishing crocheting and tidying up the ends.
The narrowest. Around 6.5″ wide.
The widest. Around 8.5″ wide.
Both side by side. Both are around 6.5 feet long.
Narrowest on top of widest.
I’ve now started crocheting another scarf while watching TV with my feet up of an evening. Different yarn from these two. It shouldn’t take me too long to finish I don’t think. I’ll put together another blog post to show you when that one is finished.

Genuine comments will go live when I’ve checked through the list – usually a couple of times a day.) (Thank you to every body who’s left comments on my previous blog posts. I really do appreciate them all.)
If you can’t see the comment box then there should be a link that says “Responses” and clicking on that will bring up the box
